Our main goal — is to ensure that you receive medical services and support that meet all European standards.
initial consultation
Before arriving at the clinic, we organize preparatory work: familiarization with the patient's medical history, preparation of diagnostic and treatment programs, preliminary discussions with the professor, and translation of medical documentation for him.
Our specialists will handle all organizational work (sending invitations, consultations on collecting visa documents, booking hotels and tickets).
and treatment process
We reserve beds for the patient and accompanying persons at the Nordwest Clinic or at hotels in Frankfurt am Main, coordinate all dates for consultations with doctors and medical procedures, and monitor the progress of diagnostics and treatment.
We guarantee full organizational and advisory support for patients at all stages of examination, treatment, and rehabilitation, as well as language support.
Upon discharge from the clinic, patients receive all medical records and documentation translated into Russian. We can also offer follow-up monitoring of their health and treatment, as well as assistance in maintaining contact with doctors.
We provide patients with constant communication with their treating physician so that they can promptly report their condition and receive recommendations.
